Michael Baur – Co-founder & CEO
Michael Baur started his career in 1992 as commercial clerk and trading manager.
From 1997 until 2002 he worked as logistic planner and administration manager in various companies.
In 2002 he started to work for Christian Diener Surgical Instruments as head of production.
Michael Baur is co-founder of Diener Implants and leads the company as CEO.

Carolin Baur – Co-founder
In 1998 Carolin Baur achieved her bachelor’s degree in Logistics (Bachelor of Arts).
From 1999 until 2000 she gained experience as head of logistics at a company producing papers and as a global process manager at a company manufacturing pharmaceuticals.
In 2001 she started working for the family business Christian Diener Surgical Instruments, where she was responsible for purchasing, quality management and sales.
Her father, who was CEO of the company, died in 2006 and she assumed his responsibilities and became CEO in 2007.
Diener Implants was founded in 2009. She is co-founder of the company and responsible for all quality management issues and for customer service.

Stephanie Eisen – VP Marketing & Sales
In 1990 Stephanie Eisen obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Business
(Bachelor of Arts).
From 1990 until 1991 she gained sales experience at Gebrüder Martin Medical Technologies and as a business development manager in a company manufacturing industrial goods.
In 1992 she started her career at Aesculap AG where she became Director of Marketing Communications in 1993. In this position she was responsible for all orthopaedic and spinal marketing communication projects for almost 10 years.
She is now working as an Independent Marketing and Sales Consultant for medical technology companies.
Since May 2009 she works on a consultancy basis at Diener Implants as VP Marketing & Sales.
