We cover the complete process chain from material purchase to CNC-machining and customized packaging. Our complete equipment allows us to keep the whole manufacturing processes in-house, to reduce lead-times and maintain strict quality and cost control. Our substantial experience with different materials makes us highly flexible and ensures, that the final product meets or exceeds the expectations.
Design & Prototyping
Diener Implants offers a lot of practical experience in cooperation with research and development teams to assure significant cost savings early in the design process as well as during the entire project. Our high level of engineering support results in substantial time savings throughout the complete project. We offer rapid prototyping for demonstration purposes, regular prototypes for qualification testings and small scale manufacturing for clinical trials and market evaluations.
Primary Operating Procedures
Diener Implants is one of the pioneers in CNC milling and already implemented this technology in the late 1980s. We work with latest high precision CNC machining centers which meet the most complex requirements. Various bone screws for small and large bone surgery are manufactured on multi-axis CNC turning centers. On high end 5-axis CNC milling centers Diener Implants is able to produce all kinds of fusion and non-fusion implants. Our first class machinery guarantees utmost precision and perfection of our products. Our high qualified staff and up-to-date equipment provide lower total costs and shorter production times.
Secondary Operating Procedures
According to customized requirements Diener Implants provides a substantial range of secondary operating procedures. We offer all kinds of user specific surfaces like bead-blast-finishing. Regular electro polishing, constant ultrasonic cleaning and an automated passivation system (nitric and citric passivation) guarantees first class quality of our medical devices. Our wide range of different coatings includes anodization (Titanium, Aluminium) and we are also able to provide any other coatings according to customer requirements.
Terminal Operating Procedures
Diener Implants provides various terminal operating procedures to complete your medical device. Assembling of instruments and sets, laser marking for an easier identification and traceability or labeling – including bar coding. We provide also final packaging as well as unsterile packaging in house or sterile packaging with certified partners.
